We are looking for someone who is hands-on in executing and planning digital campaigns across platforms and should have had experience in B2C domain, especially US markets will be a plus
Roles and responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing and retargeting campaigns across channels - PPC, social media channels (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram etc.) display and text campaigns across platforms
- Execute campaigns end-to-end from strategizing, defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
-Achieve the targeted ROI for all Ad spends on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis, manage the budget effectively (forecasting, additional requirement), campaign spend
-Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creatives, and ad copy
-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
-Stay on top of key trends and best practices in digital marketing, competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies
-Collaborate with marketing specialists, content and design team to plan effective campaigns
What we need
-Strong understanding of running paid ads on Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Taboola/Outbrain & Affiliates
-Strong execution skills managing digital campaigns across platforms
-Thorough understanding of online marketing funnels & optimization (especially for Apps)
-Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Use website analytics and KPI data in order to drive online marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
-Experience with App & website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Branch, MixPanel, CleverTap)
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
-Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be an advantage
-Understanding of SEO and content marketing is preferred
-Strong collaborative skills to be able to work with different teams within Marketing and other departments
-Attention to detail
-A data-driven approach to marketing
-Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Should have good oral & written communication skills
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground
