Key Responsibilities:


- Analyze and optimize website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)


- Implement and manage event tracking, goal conversions, and funnel analysis to measure user journeys


- Conduct backlink audits and competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or

Screaming Frog


- Collaborate with content and SEO teams by translating data insights into actionable recommendations


- Monitor and improve site health through Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals, and page speed metrics


- Create dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to present marketing performance data


- Understand and implement UTM parameters, tracking pixels, and marketing attribution models


- Drive organic growth by tracking search performance, referral traffic, and user engagement metrics


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 36 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics


- Advanced knowledge of GA4 and GTM


- Strong analytical mindset and experience in SEO reporting and strategy


- Proficiency with SEO and audit tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog


- Solid experience in data visualization and marketing analytics platforms


- Strong communication skills and the ability to convert data into strategic insights


- Familiarity with website performance metrics and optimization techniques


Nice to Have:


- Experience in legal or regulated industries


- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or BigQuery for automation and advanced reporting


- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
