Position title Digital Lead - Content Solutions and Monetisation

Position reporting to Head of Digital

Main Purpose of the position / Key responsibility areas

- Unique opportunity to build and lead a multi-functional digital team driving content monetisation as a revenue stream powered by platform analytics

- Lead the digital growth practice, scaling up organic reach and views for community engagement and monetisation

- Lead thinking on platform analytics, Programmatic Ad buying and content performance

- Create a powerful machinery for short video content creation that leverages network assets and can be monetised at scale

- Scale up engagement and impact across various platforms with the power of the influencer network across fiction and non fiction properties.

- Create content IPs that are unique and leverage social platforms to provide unique customer solutions for reach and engagement

- Build best in class sales enablement processes that can be institutionalised for customer benefit

- Be intuitive, spot trends, leverage content topicality to create measurable content solutions that provide value to customers

- Use AI powered solutions for API linked platform insights data that can power content thinking

Any other specific skills / attributes:

- Is an expert in social media analytics, digital media planning and growing brands through digital first strategy

- Has led end to end development in digital content productions with clear performance outcomes

- Has worked within a Digital first organisation or managed Digital First clients with Integrated digital media solutions

- Has delivered digital media performance measurement, campaign optimisation and ROI improvement across content and campaign lifecycle

- Collaborates with others to actively drive success metrics

- Enjoys working in a dynamic work environment and can deal with certain degree of ambiguity

Experience / Target Industries / Companies

Has overall 10 - 12years of experience working with consumer brands in growth planning and strategy, Digital media planning and buying, and Digital content.

MBA from a reputed institute.

Experience :- Digital Media Monetisation, Digital Media Agency with Client facing planning and performance measurement, Digital Content Hot shop, Digital community influencer organisation, Short Video platforms
