Digital Innovation Role - Bank (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities -
- Identify and ideate key digital trends and innovations in respective area (Branch Banking, Retail Assets, SME Banking, Rural)
- Evaluate alternatives/opportunities from a business stand point & build consensus
- Understand gap between - As is & To be- process/product features
- Feasibility analysis - Business model, cost benefit, RoI analysis, Customer Journey mapping
- Work with business & project team to define project requirements, milestones, phases & elements (CoE, BDTS), workflow charts, diagrams etc
- Evaluate technical feasibility of the projects in coordination with functional team
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and analyze the same to identify industry trends and customer behavior insights
- Work with DB CoE/BDTS/DAC to define technology and analytics requirements - BRD/FSD
- Undertake UAT from business and customer experience perspective
- Engage within Fintech ecosystem to identify use cases and drive adoption
- Project management of technology implementation
