Digital HSE/QHSE Lead - Sustainable Energy Industry

Our client is a leading MNC in the sustainable energy industry. They are looking to hire for a capability leader for their QHSE and HSE categories based out of Chennai.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:

HSE :

- Supervising the consulting team to improve digital transformation from early idea and innovation through the project operation, optimization and finally decommissioning

- Supporting Global QSE to bring stakeholders engagement

- Understanding strategies and goals, to drive IT capabilities to build the best digital solutions

- Building digital solution projects from idea over implementation to decommissioning (advisory, analysis, design, build, Go Live)

- Supporting on digital process capabilities

- Mapping the existing HSE digital landscape across to improve user adoption of selected technologies across the value chain

- Supporting Continuous improvement of existing and coming QHSE IT Solutions

QHSE :

- Building end-to-end digital transformation capabilities in Performance Management / Data Visualization using Agile methodologies

- Quality Capability Leader and HSE Capability Leader to work on the data using dashboard and track / monitor the digitally transformed area by setting up KPI metrics / OKR

- Consulting on and contribute to the making of creative data visualization to give users the best user experience possible

- Developing dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Visualization tools

- Collaborating on creation efforts between the QSE Digital Team and business users to define and validate compelling Analytics applications or dashboards that brings value addition

- Developing new capabilities beyond static reports and spreadsheets (focus on PowerBI, and other emerging trends/technologies)
