Digital Head - Retail Banking

Digital Head

Responsibilities include :

- Defining digital strategy and roadmap for Retail Banking business along with the Consumer Management team

- Working with stakeholders across business and support function to lead the client facing & backend digital transformation plan

- Create and run a team of subject matter experts on digital products & technologies and lead innovations and use cases on this front.

- Own the digital KPls for migration of client business and transactions to digital channels with defined cost budgets.

- Lead partnerships in the digital domain to create new lines of business, augment new client acquisition and customer experience

- Ensure compliance to all relevant regulations and evolve internal governance models for the inter connected digital world

The ideal candidate would have :

- Worked in a similar role with a bank or another financial entities incl. fintechs across one or more lines of digital business

- Managed and set upteams of digital experts and comfortable with working in collaborative mode with other stakeholders

- Must have both business acumen and project management orientation to ensure end
