Digital Head - Multiple Channel Network Looking for someone who can meet the following criteria: - Well experienced in handling a bouquet of You Tube channels. - Proven track record of successfully managing a company/division involved in content creation and streaming of multiple You Tube channels across various categories. - Proven track record of handling a large team of employees across various departments like sales, programming, production, creative etc. - Proven track record of successfully launching new channels &amp; growing the revenues of existing channels. - Provide necessary inputs to the channel managers, business development managers and creative team on the way forward for the digital channels considering the market environment &amp; competition activities. - Good understanding of the international MCN operations. - Good understanding of the content platform operations across AVOD, SVOD, TVOD categories. - Track record of having transacted with MCNs &amp; digital platforms. - Expand the channel/content reach by building presence across VOD platforms. - Ability to anchor discussions with the creative &amp; production teams for channel requirements. - Ability to drive the creative team to Identify &amp; conceive new shows for the digital team for digital consumption. - Anchor the creative team to constantly provide ideas and inputs to the channel management team on new shows, improvement of existing shows, special opportunity/event based shows etc.
