Digital Head - APAC (14-18 yrs)
- Co-create the Digital strategy for the company in close collaboration with OpCos teams. Align and Integrate Digital strategy, Systems, and projects with Business Strategic priorities.
- Lead the Digitalization of cross-functional business processes leveraging appropriate Digital Technologies - Social, Mobility, AI, Cloud, AR / VR etc. Also, drive the vision of 100% Digitization and Data Capture leveraging cost-effective tools and technologies by identifying, building and refining all the manual processes and touchpoints across the business in order to enable Advanced Analytics.
- Create and lead the implementation of Digital Technologies roadmap. Keep updating the same by tracking the emerging technology trends in Omni-channel Connect and Customer Experience, Intelligent Supply Chain, Industry 4.0, Intelligent Automation leveraging RPA, Chatbots and assessing their applicability in the LH business landscape. Build and Lead teams to implement relevant Digital Capabilities
- Lead the introduction and conceptualization of Pilots, Proof of Concepts in new technology areas. Collaborate with Digital Teams across other LH regions and leverage the Knowledge, POC, pilots and Solutions for mutual benefit. Identify, build & refine all the digital touchpoints across the business.
- Lead the conceptualization and articulation of proprietary Digital Platforms and related digital initiatives for Customer / Employee / Partner engagement to build competitive advantage. Leverage Internal and External digital platforms to provide solutions for challenges faced by the organization/ industry.
- Partner with multiple business functions to design functionality key to business functioning and partner with multiple teams within IT to ensure End to end smooth rollout of initiatives with Adoption and Value capture. Support implementation & integration of related core application (SAP) system.
