About Us - This is Raj Padhiyar - Founder & CEO - Digital Gurukul - I launched my Edtech startup in 2014 in new city Indore & took single handedly to India's leading Digital institute. But in pursuit of taking Digital Gurukul to next level - I made many mistakes like most of the new age entrepreneur makes - Out of all the mistakes i made -Most Important mistake I made was - I didn't build the right team. It somehow halted our growth. Now in 2021 - I have decided to build strong & passionate team which can take Digital Gurukul to next level - together- .Better late then never.

Applicant Preferred from IIT/ IIM / NIT/ BITS/ ISB/ Welingkar/ NMIMS.

This is an equity-only role.-

- Shall be at a point where he wants to try out something new or entrepreneurial and can invest time into it.

- Any experience in the early-stage startup side will be a big plus.

- The current founder is young business professional with quality education, work experience in India and entrepreneurial exposure.

- They can grow the venture, open doors, and bring in investors.

- We are looking to add an experienced CTO as a cofounder.

- Lead the technology division with new-age technologies and processes

- Work with the Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform.

- Build on the vision for the organisation by technology being an enabler

- Recruit, hire & lead the technology team.

- Take complete ownership on constantly improving product & brainstorm to ideate that we can execute over time.

- Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit.

- 7+ years of relevant work experience in product development or technology

- Well-versed and experienced within consumer technology companies

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Identify new opportunities and develop products and processes in line with cutting edge technologies

- Vendor identification, negotiations and relationship management

- Deploy, develop and implement solutions in a cost-efficient manner

- Define tech stacks for the organisation with a focus on digitisation.

The Successful Applicant should have:-

- Experience in building scalable products, platforms and modern technologies

- Largely experienced in Edtech, internet/ e-commerce industry, B2C platforms, start-up setups

- Hands-on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics and business intelligence solutions

- Must have knowledge of building native applications for Android and Web application

- Tech expertise in Open Source Python, My SQL, Django, React Js, HTML, CSS3, React Native and Cloud Platform

- Establish the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technological development with focus on backend development, mobile application development, ML, AI, and Big Data.

- Should have strong Project Management skills

- Ability to convert data into usable modern technology-driven solutions

- Experience on Google cloud-related tech stacks is a must

- Understanding vendor partnerships and taking cost-conscious decisions

- Envisioning a strategy and growth plans and executing the same

- Open to an assignment based arrangement that eventually gets converted to an employment

- Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first year. We are expected to be cash-rich within a year and will be able to draw market salaries post that.
