JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Overall 15+ years of experience primarily as Delivery Lead managing cross functional stakeholders for Web & Mobile Application development using Full stack/Digital Platform technologies 2. In-depth experience of Front-End-Technology (Angular), Mobility (iOS, Angular, Hybrid), Back end integration (REST/SOAP/Web API) along with Agile and CI/CD based execution. 3. Understanding and awareness of Digital experience design (CX, UX, Visual Design, User Research etc.) 4. Very good understanding of tool set around Configuration Management (GitHub), Continues Integration (Bitbucket), Continues Deployment (Jenkins) 5. Very good understanding of various testing Unit testing (Junit, Nunit, Jasmine), Automated Functional Testing (Selenium) 6. Good understanding of code quality (SONAR Cube) 7. Experience of Agile project management (JIRA) 8. Good understanding of Digital Platform (Adobe Experience Manager) and Digital Marketing (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEO) implementation 9. Excellent communication and mentoring skills 10. Experience in banking domain is an advantage 11. Team Size: Total 15 team members based out of SA would be reporting to this role. Also, offshore team from Pune will support from the delivery standpoint 12. Responsibilities: Responsible for revenue growth of 5 MN USD up to 8 MN USD in next 3 years 13. Responsible for revenue growth, account management, P&L, pre-sales, mining more business, end to end delivery and implementation PRIMARY SKILLS: Delivery of large digital experience programs using Agile (Web, Mobile). Very good knowledge of one of the digital platform i.e. AEM and Front-end framework i.e. Angular, Very good understanding of DevOps/CICD SECONDARY SKILLS: Understanding of CX/UX Design, Automated testing, Integration
