Digital Control Tower - Loan Operations (5-19 yrs)

Role :
a. Drive regulations around the digital business within Ops vertical from regulatory perspective
b. Complete tracking of system related issues, troubleshooting and timely response made to the stakeholders
c. Drive the needed IT and Non-IT developments around the Digital Business
d. New partner onboarding, carrying out requisite integrations and Ops process BRD reviews, testing, augmenting results with rational approach and production roll out
e. Driving change management for Digital Business, monitoring API performances and handholding stakeholders across entities. Constant elicitation and management of performance ques
f. Monitoring the Ops team managing the Digital Business and defining the KPIs with ever-changing business needs. Focus on improving efficiencies of BAU
g. Tracking and resolving production issues
h. Responsible for ideation and process automation(s) across Operations, apart from just Digital Business
i. Performing inter process audits - Building robust framework for self-assessment of all Operations processes, across verticals - Digital & Retail - Logins, Disbursals till Loan Servicing
j. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Process Manuals
k. Preparation of CXO level presentations and dashboards
l. Interaction with internal, external and statutory auditors
m. Setting up framework of Operational Risk, encompassing all financial, reputation and operational risk - Identification, reporting, rectification and then strategizing and stabilizing the amended process (if be)
