Digital Content Marketing & SEO Role - BFSI (7-12 yrs)
Purpose of the Job:
- To come up with content strategy in different formats and structures to aid different channels for the growth.
- Strong SEO skills and knowledge to compliment the content strategy.
- Look for new types of content to compliment the improvement of digital assets and business growth.
- Website traffic monetization through improvement in organic traffic and leads.
- Focus on off page and on page content strategy for all digital assets to help organic growth of the platforms.
- Continue increase in leads and traffic from sources like YouTube, Quora, GMB etc.
- New features building in digital assets to support customer needs.
- Decipher & implement conversion rate optimization using learnings to enhance customer experience.
- Strategizing and building engaging contents in different format for customer touch points in digital assets.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders to make sure changes are efficiently with quick TAT on websites/app.
Task to be performed
- Writing, reviewing, editing contents of all types (textual, videos, info graphics etc.) to be used in digital assets organic growth. Vernacular content knowledge (Hindi, Tamil etc.) will be required also.
- Review the content obtained through agencies from the perspective of brand guidelines, organization specific offerings, compliance and so on.
- Define and deliver development of new pages / forms / design etc. and ensure smooth functioning of the same as per required standards.
- Production support for different departments related to digital assets applications.
- Improve website traffic, experience and conversions through content, lead forms and robust measurement process.
- Focus on improving traffic, leads through other channels like YouTube, Quora, GMB etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with vendor or other team
Work Experience required :
- 7+ years in an SEO marketing role in the BFSI industry with demonstrated capabilities in handling digital products
