Digital Content Manager - Internet/Online

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Create listing content for all new product launches

- Liasoning with product teams and technical heads to understand key features of new products and creating content that effectively highlights the USPs and lists relevant features, usage and care instructions etc.

- Giving direction to the creative team on what images, videos etc are required based on competitor analysis and requirements of the category

- Managing content across platforms

- Adapting the listing content to all relevant platforms - Amazon, Flipkart, other marketplaces, D2C website based on the platform requirements

- Managing and updating the Amazon Brand Store

- Creating and improving A+ / Enhanced listings across categories

- Managing content and blogpost for website and Social media platforms

- Ensuring that uniformity of voice and visual language is maintained throughout

- Maintaining current listings

- Continuously researching keywords and adapting listings based on search trends, keyword volumes etc

- Adapting content based on user reviews and questions

- Edit, proofread and improvise content on regular intervals

- To develop a tool to measure efficiency of contents existing and with changes.

- Organising content audit internally and through an external agency to measure effectiveness of contents.

- Working closely with sales and marketing team to give user insights for new product development, product improvements, etc
