- Customer Journey Mapping, Design thinking, Emerging digital technology impacts to Insurance, Published contents in digital topics, experience in primary and secondary survey in digital maturity

- Built consulting offerings and solutions in digital

MBA is a mandate ( part time is also ok). For very exceptional profiles we can look for non MBA.

- Minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience.

- Should have worked in multiple geographies - US/ UK/ European experience; Client facing experience

- Should have done consulting assignments

- Should be able to lead a team independently and individually handle a portfolio.

- Experience in BD/ governance

- Good to have - Project Management experience
