Digital Business Development Manager - Consumer Bio Solutions (6-10 yrs)
In this role you'll make an impact by being responsible for the below :
1. Joint sales lead generation & revenue ownership: Responsible for generating digital revenues & other relevant business development metrics
2. Design & process owner: Understand the existing business model & take the lead in designing a digital business revenue stream catering to identified customer segments
3. Responsible for the customer journey: From identification, lead generation, sampling, servicing to order fulfillment
4. Stakeholder management: Work closely with the commercial teams of the various regions in going after reach & revenues via digital efforts
5. Bring in External competencies whenever needed; in IT infrastructure, project management or content development
6. Own pipeline of sales leads rising from digital campaigns & work seamlessly with a close-knit team across hierarchies
7. Get on top of & maintain strong understanding of back-office systems to inform and guide digital development projects.
8. Work with the digital marketing counterparts to help design and execute customer marketing programs
To succeed you must hold:
1. Min 6 years in commercial functions - sales/ marketing/trade marketing/e commerce. Must have been responsible for P&L generation for part of the business/brand.
2. Min 4 years in a digital revenue generating role
3. Exposure to at least one of the Consumer BioSolutions end customer industry - household care, foods or brewing
4. Preferably a management in business degree from a reputed business school
5. Demonstrate experience of setting up cadence in lead follow up & sales revenue generation
