Key Responsibilities : - Participate in business user requirements & understand the key operational & data challenges of client's organization. - Reviews and prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. - Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. - Oversee development of solution prototype - Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a pro-active manner. - Communicates needed changes to development team - Develop clear application development and leverage strategy to improve compliance and user experience - Operating Network Internal : All functions and teams within the organization across India and overseas locations External : Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks Technical Requirements : - Must have good exposure to enterprise applications (like SAP), technology inclination - Good understanding of business processes in atleast one of the functions like SCM, Sales & Marketing, Finance processes etc. - Exposure to enterprise applications modules (in atleast one area) a big plus - Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. - Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC.
