Our client is a well-funded FinTech firm and part of a large group. They have a very good funding and are led by industry experts in the FinTech business. They have deep experience and leadership.

The client is looking to hire a young Digital Brand Manager for their Mumbai office. This is an opportunity to define a very large and disruptive B2C FinTech brand which wants to have a national footprint in the next couple of years with the ambition of going international thereafter.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Brand custodian and managing its campaigns - communication and customer acquisition

- Lead, plan and execute online performance marketing campaigns across products

- Create online branding and lead generation channels (including influencer marketing, SEO, email marketing and so on)

- Manage key brand touch points- social media, content across platforms and own product, offline banding Leading and managing the brand across key touch points

- A smaller part of the role would require marketing planning and execution efforts for the offline touchpoints

The ideal fit would be a candidate with:

- An MBA from a reputed B-school

- 3 - 8 years of Branding experience

- Supervising performance marketing, social media management and content creations (blogs, videos, product content)

- Have successfully run digital marketing campaigns, social media and content marketing in the past

- Preferably have experience in BFSI, FinTech, Luxury / Premium segments of Automobile, Real Estate, Retail, Apparel, Fashion, FMCG etc

- Possess analytical skills and ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans social execution (appropriate, effective use of common technologies)

- Great communication skills

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
