You should have 5-7 years of professional experience in CPG\FMCG\Retail\E-Commerce in Project Management in the Digital Domain. The location of the job will be Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :

Project Management :

- Acts as intermediary between CDO and local business on the Project

- Works actively with the IT Project Manager to drive Project planning, build & launch.

- Participates in all project stages :

a. Provides the local business inputs & requirements

b. actively participates in the scoping and design phases

c. Pressure test / UAT of the application and provides feedback to the IT team

- Jointly Accountable in collaboration with IT for local project cost, timeline, budget and deployment to other brands /divisions in India.

Change Management :

- Drives the change management (organization, processes, tools) at the brand level with CDO support (and training kits provided by CDO)

- Ensures a smooth transition from existing to the new defined

Product Data Quality :

- Ensures the product catalog consistency in the PIM, monitors data integration workflow and escalates incidents

- Monitors the quality of data issued to the PIM from the integration workflow and manages issues in relation with the community of data managers in other concerned business areas (Supply Chain, Finance,- )

- Monitors the quality of the data enriched by end users, by checking that completeness and quality are meeting the business rules defined and that data owners are enriching the data in time

- Builds data quality reports and provides adapted reporting to all concerned teams and managers in order to maintain or increase the level of data quality

Digital Asset Management (once the DAM is live in the country) :

- Ensures that all digital assets are successfully uploaded into the DAM solution, with accurate metadata

- Collaborates with major members of the organization in a continuous improvement approach to develop the right strategy, vision and ways of working, for the internal team and their partners (agencies, service providers, - ). It also includes managing the needs in terms of metadata model, taxonomy, tagging rules, workflow and reporting, in relation with CDO and IT teams

- Involves in maintaining a high level of quality standards by performing general asset maintenance and management, as well as associated issue management, and curating daily in the solution, and by performing asset lifecycle maintenance activities, such as archiving and asset expiration

Key Competencies :

- 5-7 years of overall Project Management experience in Digital Domain.

- Proficiency in using tools - Excel, PowerPoint is a must

- Experience on tools for Digital Asset Management (DAM), E-Catalogue Management and Product Information Management (PIM) is an added advantage.

- Good project exposure towards Business Processes, how they integrate across business functions and how they are supported by Digital IT solution.

- Good documentation capabilities to create business requirement, functional documents and Project Plans.

- Strong, proactive communication and facilitation skills in English and experience in collaborating with business users and other IS team members to design and implement systems solutions as desired.

- Good working attitude and strong ownership.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- MBA degree is an added advantage

- Project Management certifications - PMP, Agile, Scrum is an added advantage
