- Serve as a team expert in digital analytics reporting and story-telling panning Web, Mobile, Email and Media
- Develop hypotheses, implement A/B tests and be able to identify areas of opportunities with confidence
- Be able to execute multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting and personalization
- Accessing and analyzing digital product data from a variety of analytic tools (Database, Email, Website, etc.) in order to create customized reports and dashboards
- Refine suggested test & learn agenda, key KPIs, and performance targets to define campaign success and drive learning
- Conduct analyses and build solutions/models that identify opportunities and drive growth
Qualifications/skills:
- Experience with Adobe Analytics is a must, Google Analytics will be a plus
- Experience with one of SQL/R/SAS/Python is a must
- Exposure to the broader Adobe & Google marketing clouds is a plus
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with client to drive insights
- Proven experience as an analyst for 3+ years depending upon the role fitment
- Experience with one of the visualization tools among PowerBI/Tableau is preferred.
