Position : Digital Analytics- Lead
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 8-11 years of post – qualified experience into Analytics preferably into Digital Analytics
Education : M.sc, MA in Statistics, Maths, Economics

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivery on Digital Analytics requirements for areas identified; candidate has to deliver at work himself / herself as well as manage delivery through direct reports
- Insights driven analytical approach with focus on providing insights and not just data and reports
- Focus on communication of insights and presentation by self and team
- Ability to help team develop knowledge on Digital Marketing including Paid Search & Display channels as well as on Search, Social and Mobile platforms; enabling the team to leverage this knowledge and enhance their delivery across these areas
- Partner relationship management and overall Project management for all outputs of the team assigned
- Consulting skills to help partners identify next steps within their areas and action on it
Typical Deliverables:
- Identifying insights from the data and providing compelling commentary
- Digital channel behavior and customer experience deep dive analysis
- Effective and persuasive presentation (verbal and written) to project teams and business leaders
- Coordinating web analytics tags, tracking parameter implementations, data & tag audits and overall program management
- Handling adhoc data and analysis requests
- Managing senior management dashboards
- Managing team members and their careers
- Managing partners and overall program management as assigned
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Good level of expertise and knowledge in areas of Digital Marketing, Search Optimization, Social Media and Digital Analytics overall
- Exposure to Omniture Site Catalyst / Insights / Discover, SAS, Tableau / QlikView, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective deck writing, story-telling and presentation skills with exposure to executive level presentations
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations using strong analytical skills; striving to convince key company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions
- Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website
- Understands the digital ecosystem and best practices and applies this knowledge to work
- Understands relevant technology applications in his area
Knowledge / Background / Experience:
- M.sc/MA Economics, Math’s, Statistics required from premier schools
- 8-10 years of overall Marketing Analytics experience with significant experience in Digital Analytics
