Key Responsibilities and Accountability :
- Driving Sales in the Western Region of India
- Drive Ad revenues by selling their Display, Video, and other offerings.
- Business Development through both key accounts and longtail agencies/advertisers
- Working closely with Central Trading Groups, Trading desk, Digital Media Buyer and planners.
- Sales forecasting and setting long term objectives
- Responsible to work with the reporting manager on Annual Deals: Pricing, Commitments and consumption
- Ability to analyze data trends, develop strategic business plans and conduct strategic pitches and presentations
- Collaborate with internal ad tech, ad ops, and marketing teams on day to day basis
Skills & Competencies :
- Strong Business Acumen: This person will possess strong business drivers and perspectives combined with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (Media & Tech) and commercial skills, and an ability to bring a strategic focus to the revenue/sales, and be capable of adding value to the business
- Strong Client and Advertising agency relationships
- Media Sales experience.
- Strategic Thinking: Must be well aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- He/She should be hands-on and analytical with the ability to track, measure, and evaluate the financial divisions
- Dedication to Excellence: A passion for winning and achieving results beyond expectations, with strong professionalism, integrity, and team collaboration
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Willing and able to establish, build, sustain and share strong, professional relationships with relevant groups both inside and outside his/her business

Required Qualifications :
- Post-graduate with 3-5 years of experience in preferably digital Ad Sales
