Digital Account Manager/ Client Servicing Manager (Work from office)
Digital Marketing experience is a must:
- We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team & manage our key accounts. The person will be responsible for understanding the clients business goals and co-ordinate with agency resources to ensure successful completion of client deliverables.
- The person should have knowledge of the delivery of 360 Digital Marketing. The candidate should be able to maintain strong relationships between clients & agency teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management & Satisfaction:
- Managing the project as a whole including meeting deadlines and the set KPIs for the client assigned to you and ensuring that the monthly client targets are met.
- Understand clients' objectives & brief the team about the same.
- Help the team in planning & strategizing the campaigns as per clients expectations.
- Ensure that the planned campaigns are implemented timely.
- Understand the team's requirements for the execution of the campaigns and facilitate the availability of the same.
- Measure & analyze the implemented campaigns.
- Manage and update our internal dashboard to share daily/weekly/monthly data with the client.
- Gather feedback from the customers and share it with the internal team to improve our offerings.
2. Client Retention & Upselling:
- Identify gaps within the client-agency process and solve them to retain the client.
- Collaborate with media managers to achieve better results.
- Closely work with the Growth team to upsell other services to our clients.
- Constantly gathering feedback from the client and discussing internally to conclude what new services we can offer.
3. Team Management & Training:
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them.
- Recruit account executives, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in an agency or client-side.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts tools & trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Ability to travel across India at least 30% of the time.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
- Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred
