There will be plenty of opportunities for you to further upskill yourself and grow with Digiboxx. As a lead, you will oversee the company's technical team and all development projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analysing project briefs, requirements and deliverables

- Preparing and presenting progress reports

- Liaising with the engineering team for project completion

- Reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues

- Coordinating with the Project/Product Manager and the Software engineers

- Work with the Talent and Transformation team to provide required training to employees

- Experience with version control systems like GitHub, Bug tracking systems like JIRA

- Implementing best practices and coding standards

- Work as an Individual contributor, when required

Your skills and Experience:

- 10+ Years of relevant industry experience along with 2-3 years of experience in Team management

- 6-7 Years of hands-on experience in Python and/or Angular

- Knowledge of Oracle or MySQL DB knowledge is must

- Proficient in at least two-core development tools

- Shell Script knowledge will be an add on

- Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS would be an added advantage
