Digantara is looking for a Human Resource Manager to drive the complete HR activities programs across the company. You will be imperative in creating a high-performance work culture and scale the team from 10 to 100.

Digantara is India's first Space Situational Awareness (SSA) company that is building the world's first comprehensive maps for space, Space - Mission Assurance Platform, aka Space-MAP. Space-MAP is a complete space situational awareness solution that makes satellite operation simple and sustainable in the face of an exponential rise in commercialisation of space.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource or a relevant discipline.

- 3+ years of experience or significant aptitude with Human Resource Management.

Preferred Qualities :

- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end Human Resource Management.

- Skills in selecting the right tools/technologies for setting up an efficient HR process.

- Proficiency in closing tech & deep tech positions.

- Ability to prioritize and handle work for critical timelines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

- End-to-end ownership of HR activities driving implementation of all people practices, employee policies and procedures, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, Learning & Development activities, performance management, compliance and HR systems.

- Develop and implement strategies to foster a highly productive work culture.

- Understand the talent requirements of the company and drive the recruitment process.

- Work with founders to continuously improve HR practices.

- Maintain relationship and coordinate with hiring agencies.

- Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team

- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule

- Writing and delivering documents and briefings

- Verbal and written communications skills as well as organizational skill

- Travel occasionally as necessary
