Monitor daily calls and work towards reduction of call Volume.   - Monitor Quarterly Preventive maintenance.  - Develop Engineer skills.   - Oversee logistics operations forward/Reverse.   - Manage New Installations/ projects. Customer Relationship meeting customers regularly.   - Payment collections. Follow up and collect payments from customer.   - Maintain Documentation for all projects . Skilled in MS-excel and mail communication.  Experience: Candidate should have overall 5+ years - experience in banking technology /ATM / IT /telecom industry.
