Diebold Nixdorf, a leading MNC, in the sector of ATM manufacturing, sale and related services; Electronic & Physical security products; software and related services is currently looking to Senior Human Resources Manager for Mumbai location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Business HR partner in INSS for HR needs - engagement\reward\training\attrition management \ compliance \ communication
- Grievance handling - Review the grievance received from Employees; Investigate internal employee relation case, collect evidence, Interview relevant people;
- Escalate to Business leader / Legal / HR Director, as applicable; Taking appropriate action and update to all stakeholder as appropriate
- Training & Development - Training Need identification; Preparation of Training Calendar based on Needs identified and execution of training programs.
- Employee Engagement - Execute engagement activities across the year ; events every quarter, 360 Degree Feedback, create R&R for each Department
- Execution of CSR activities as per the CSR calendar
- Communication - lead interventions with respect to Communication in INSS like arranging townhall meetings, annual engagement surveys, dipstick surveys, Connect regional meetings in regions and quarterly HR newsletter.
- Lead specific people interventions like Competency mapping, Succession planning, Hi Potential Development
- Compliance - Execution of Compliance activities as directed by the Corporate
- Execute retention strategies as and when applicable
- Conduct Exit Interviews and analyze the trend and submit report to management, time to time
JOB & REQUIREMENT
- MBA / PG Diploma in HR/Personnel management from with 10+ yrs. experience in HR
- Knowledge of current HR trends and interventions
- Proficiency in HR functions and all related interventions
- High level of proactive approach
- Good networking skills with Leadership team and keen people sense to understand the pulse of the Organization and act upon the highlighted requirements

- Ability to anticipate and identify needs and issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
