- The Project Manager will be part of the product engineering team. The person will work with a group of engineers across multiple locations to develop project plans and ensure delivery as per committed timelines; in line with customer requirements.  - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of dedicated project(s) ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.   - Define and agree on measurable and realistic project objectives and milestones in terms of contractual project/customer requirements.   - Ensure the definition of the project plan, the budget and schedule all project activities.   - Establish a confident and trustworthy relationship with the customer, all stakeholders, line manager as well as internal and external suppliers.  - Timely identify and settle conflicts between all internal and external persons involved in the project.   - Participate in pre-sales negotiations or other preparation meetings and lead Project Definition Workshops (PDW).   - Ensure project realization in terms of project scope, time, costs and quality. Assure a sound basis for measuring project performance and risks.  - Monitor and report the overall status and profitability of the project to ensure the project success in accordance with existing company procedures and processes.   - Pragmatic and systematic running of projects applying best practice, including PM@DN and PMI methodology while assuring regular usage by the team
