- End to end project management & customer engagement

- SPOC for any project related issues for both customer & internal teams

- Escalation management for both customer & internal teams

- Ensure consistent revenue generation, minimise penalties & cost as well help in business growth

- Develops communications and presentations and ensures communication of project initiatives, messages and status to the concerned stakeholders. Makes recommendations to senior management as necessary.

- Manages communication and coordination of cross functional teams across multiple areas and with third party vendors. Prepares documentation and other communications as necessary.

- Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project.

- Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements.

- Plans and implements project/program schedules and monitors project/program from inception through delivery.

- Excellent Communication & confidence along with process knowledge is the key.
