- Primary responsibility will be to manage the Talent Acquisition end to end, recruitment cost effectively and attract great talent for the organization.   - This position operates out of our corporate office in Mumbai and reports into our Director Human Resources.   Essential Functions :   - To Support Business Managers on their resource requirements PAN India   - Experience in talent acquisition strategies & planning, budgeting Designed, developed and implemented Talent Acquisition Process Manuals & Online Systems integrating   - Resource Request to Application Tracking System for governance.   - Experience in working closely with the leadership team including business leaders, partners and directors across the location Strong understanding of processes, metrics and QTC model (Quality hire in required Time at low Cost) Experience in working closely with corporate communication in promotional & advertising plans for lateral and college recruiting.   HR Web - Updating the HR Web on the open position   Recruitment Budget - Bring about cost effectiveness in the recruitment area regularly.   HR procedures /follow up - Get the associates complete the online training modules as per the business requirement regularly.   - Periodic Review and End to End Release of Company Policies   - Benchmarking the existing policy against the policies of other companies across industries   - TA policy formulation including rehire, IJP, Referral scheme, JD Bank etc.   - Streamlining and optimizing TA related process for Onboarding, Induction, Buddy system, HR operations in lines with HR Compliance and audit per se.   REQUIREMENT :   - Experience of 8+ yrs. in Talent acquisition preferably from Tier I staffing/search firms   - MBA/ PG Diploma in HR   - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.   - Negotiation and Vendor management skills with flair of detailing   - Good knowledge of MS Office and Systems   - Proficiency in HR functions and all related interventions   - High level of proactive approach   - Good networking skills with teams   - Should be a Team Player
