Job Purpose and Background / context: To lead the Dialer function, supporting a growing outbound function and to add significant value through enhanced performance by supporting the team to deliver improved Decision Maker Contacts and Conversions, through effective Dialer Strategy delivered to precision tactically, Data analysis and inventory management. The primary goal of this position will be to increase net profitability via above mentioned outcomes, ensuring proper inventory coverage and agent utilization, and streamlined work processes. Secondary duties include working with the business & customer stakeholders, Strategy, and Corporate Compliance Team to implement compliant dialer strategies as outlined under applicable laws as well as any other consumer protection law that governs use of an automated/predictive dialer.  Key Responsibilities:   - Work on the Genesys Dialing software to ensure optimization of dialer function as well as best use of data provided through effective inventory management.  - Deliver effective dialing strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales, service & verifications campaigns.  - Consistently review results of various tests and controls related to Inventory Management and Dialer Strategy execution; implement findings.  - Understand & review Net Liquidation of various portfolios, and work with Managers to develop strategies that minimize costs, and maximize revenues on these portfolios.  - Deploy adequate completion, penetration, abandon, occupancy, connect, right party, conversion through appropriate scheduling & rotation for best time to call / convert - strategies for maximizing revenue per call value leveraging technology available.  - Ensure that this & business MI is accurate and timely - and is understood by all stakeholders  - This role is expected to advise business leaders on best strategies to maximize use of the dialer and lists available.  - Liaise with colleagues in IT to ensure correct selection of key data, availability of system and creation of dialing lists for outbound campaigns maintaining optimum dialing parameters.  - Analyze the quality and quantity of leads available to us across campaigns, planning monthly calling patterns appropriately & requisitioning in time to ensure consistent performance of outcome is achieved for each portfolio.  - Optimize resource and KPI achievement through monitoring and managing real-time adherence through hands-on expertise, intervention & through team members aligned to this function.  - To drive increased productivity through use of the dialer system and associated tools and software  - Identify possible needs for improvement in processes, learning and systems and refer them to business stakeholders  - Be the key contact and liaison point for the supplier of our dialer technology.   - Build professional relationships with peers, colleagues and internal customers across the entire business to deliver and exceed targets - both personal and team.  - Demonstrate high standards of personal performance.  - Demonstrate the ability to change focus quickly to support the needs of the business - including covering for other roles where required - displaying energy and commitment at work.  - Effectively train team to be able to deliver function in absence of self without any interruptions or loss of performance.  Person Specification  Experience / Flexibility:   - 5 years to 11 Yrs of relevant work experience - to be considered for this opportunity candidate will need proven experience working as a Dialler Manager working with outbound teams or departments.  - Should be flexible to working in shifts.  Competencies / Skills:  - Ability to follow documented business explicit / implicit rules to make a decision.   - Experience on Genesys Dialing environment is desirable however if already worked at administrative / high proficiency levels for other dialing platforms (Aspect / Mosaic, DAVOX / CELLIT / Concerto, Melita eShare, Five9, Noble, etc.), then it may suffice to requirements for applying outbound dialing platform expertise already gained.  - Some basic trouble shooting and Analytical skills.  - Critical Thinking and ability to use Business Rules to make judgment based decisions.  - Strong execution skills with focus on clear, realistic action steps and timeliness.  - Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint with SQL as a desirable.  - Strong Verbal and written communication.  - Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.  - Possess excellent interpersonal skills.  Qualifications:  Desirable: 5+ years of relevant work experience
