Position: Senior Manager and C&E Program Manager

Location : Bangalore

Reporting to : Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer

- Legal professional / accountant / compliance professional

- MBA with 6+ years compliance experience in MNC/ Big 4 accounting firm

- Marketing Communications

- IT skills MS Office, Adobe, s/ware related to developing communication content

- Possess strong business partnering skills

- Strong communication and content development skills, ability to develop training material and communication content

- Design processes to ensure compliance in a simplified manner

- Review processes to ensure they are working effectively which have been highlighted either through the breach management process or the Controls assessments

- Strong project management & IT skills (MS Office/ Adobe) skills

- Compliance knowledge preferred

- Able to deliver results

- Able to communicate clearly
