Capability Development - Act as a SPOC for Franchise Management, build sustainable relationship based on trust and fair practises. - Transfer best practises/knowledge/insights of the business to Franchisees to drive overall business growth - work closely with the franchisee to develop new brand/new segments - Drive capability building of Franchise partners in demand / supply processes to enhance their operational efficiencies and contribution to USL Business 3. Financial Responsibilities - Lead Risk Management with franchisees - ensure collection of Royalties due to USL as per agreed terms
