We try to understand the opinion of people in different sectors such as Politics, Economy, Current Affairs etc. Roles &amp; responsibilities: - Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, prioritize tasks and deliver results with high accuracy. - Understand the requirements of the business problem and come up with the scalable solutions. - Have excellent problem solving skills and ability to break down the problem into smaller parts. - Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results. - Take end to end ownership of the projects at various stages from data collection, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, dashboarding and reporting. - Mentoring and training junior analysts on various projects and tools used. - Create and own the dashboards/report generation processes using excel/SQL/Python as per the requirements with minimum supervision. - Create efficient codes and processes to automate the report generation. - Figure out the errors/bugs in the processes and dashboards and rectify the same making the existing processes robust. - Build and maintain the central database following the best practices to ensure the data availability at all times. - Create efficient ETL pipelines for data pull, storage, database management and efficient querying of data. - Generate the daily, weekly and monthly reports to be used by various stakeholders. Requirements: - Should have relevant experience of 2-4 years in the field of analytics, designing and application of reporting systems using automation tools. Experience in market research companies will be preferred. - Expertise in Python, SQL, MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet and any business intelligence tool. - Ability to understand and breakdown problems into parts. - Problem solver and attention to detail - Organizational skills with an ability to stay focused on achieving time-bound deliverables by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders - Good written and verbal communication skills.
