We conduct pan India studies, using various research tools, at unmatched scale, speed, and accuracy, expanding the possibilities of how survey data can be consumed in informing the public on the current issues and trends which are shaping the nation. We try to understand the opinion of people in different sectors such as Politics, Economy, Current Affairs etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Central Operations and Data Research Centre is the single point of contact for all the studies/ surveys to be conducted by the organization and acts as a bridge between client and organization. The major roles and responsibilities of an Associate/ Associate Manager mostly hover around the client management and the project management. They are as follows:

- Managing clients and their respective projects by clearly understanding the client requirement with regards to the study and further assisting the client in questionnaire designing, survey analysis, survey reporting and making actionable recommendations

- Coordinating for survey execution requirements with respective stakeholders by clearly understanding the requirements of the client (Facebook Survey, Field Survey, Telephonic Survey, IVRS/ SMS Survey) and identifying the best possible ways/channels with respect to launching surveys

- Researching on the best practices of questionnaire design, polling and data collection across the world and implement the same in our practices

- Quality-checking the entire survey process to ensure error-free quality output and setting up process for the same

- Creative thinker with out-of-the-box thinking to identify issues and problems that may arise and solve them immediately

- Documenting summaries and analyses of survey reports including tables, graphs, etc. that describe survey insights and techniques.

- Designing proposals, including costing structure, methodological design, to meet the client needs

- Keeping a track of all the expenses accrued while working on the client project

- Researching consistently on the latest topics which could be picked up by the organization for publishing its views and conducting the study for the same

- Engaging consistently with the survey panel members through Business Whatsapp, identifying the challenges in doing so and evolving Business Whatsapp into a more useful and scalable survey medium

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate with experience in field of market research

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs

- Problem solver and attention to detail

- Organizational skills with an ability to stay focused on achieving time-bound deliverables by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

- Good written and verbal communication skills
