Role profile : Role Purpose Develop data analytics, design visualizations and storyboard - Client &amp; stake holder management - Warehouse design, Network Design - Developing the pre-Solution: Solution Design Profiling, Solution Benchmarking - Institutionalize and operationalize analytics function Key Tasks - - Develop data analytics to Support all projects of Solution Design - Design and validate the Visualization Solution &amp; Story Board - Support the build of IT infrastructure - Create Solution Design Profile &amp; Benchmarking Solutions - Develop the SOP's &amp; Training Materials for the GSDC Data Analytics, Solution Design Profiling &amp; Benchmarking Key Accountabilities - - GSDC Analytics Control Report - Verification of the DCI &amp; Data Cleansing Rules - Design Visualizations on Tableau for Ad-hoc Analysis &amp; Storyboarding - Recommendations for Solution Designers to Solution development - Create Solution Design profile &amp; benchmarking solution - Create SOP's for Data Analytics, Solution Design Profiler &amp; Benchmarking Solution - Support IT &amp; Database Setup Responsibilities - - Customer Maintains effective relationship with customers - Focus on customer needs and gain their commitment - Acknowledge and resolve Customer queries - Stakeholder Regular review and communication of progress against objectives Process - - Analytics Control Report with Standard Visuals - Analytics Control Report with Ad-hoc Visuals &amp; Storyboard presentation - Solution Development Recommendation - Solution Design Profiler - Solution Design Benchmark Report People - Management Conveys a clear sense of personal goals and values Actively seeks feedback to improve performance and develops new skills and modifies behaviors based on feedback Work Location - Mumbai (Kanjurmarg) HR Team DHL Supply Chain
