Dharma Labs is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Technical Product Manager, tocollect requirements, design and plan compelling web-based software that triggers social throughout India.

What's your responsibility :

- Communicate and collaborate across all departments and management

- Collect, analyze and prioritize technical as well as business requirements

- Design and plan innovative technical solutions to connect multiple users

- Manage and lead the software development and integration process

- Test new implementations, assure great quality and delivery in time

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 4 years + experience in managing technical teams and projects

- Proficient in scoping, planning and managing project based technical products

- Masterin documenting requirement engineering using personas and user stories

- Experienced in agile methodology, mobile web technologies and complex workflows

- Knowledge of any backend or frontend programming language is an advantage

Your Personal Attributes :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill, analytical skills

- Good understanding of business-, customers, developer's and user's needs

- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive, and a track record of delivery

- Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-pace, and start-up environment

- Passion for building new products in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
