Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our team in Jaipur.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing robust internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Lead the finance and accounting team, managing day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and optimize cost management.

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, taxation policies, and financial reporting standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and operational improvements.

- Manage audits, risk assessments, and financial planning to maintain financial health and stability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

- Proven experience in implementing and managing internal financial controls.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities with the capability to lead a finance team.

- Knowledge of industry regulations, taxation policies, and compliance standards.

- CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications are a plus.
