DGM - Working Capital Finance - Manufacturing - CA (15-20 yrs)
Chartered Accountant having minimum experience of 15 years in following fields:
- Worked in the finance/banking/treasury department of any large manufacturing co. / NBFC / Banks Adapt in Trade Finance (Export/Import) processes, policies and transaction handling
- Raised Short Term and Long Term Funds and Security creation
- Handled RBI and other related compliances
- Knowledge of ERP preferably SAP
- Hands-on on Excel and Power Point
KRA
- Assessment of Working Capital and Term Loan Limits from banks
- Charge creation for the availed loan Dealing with Rating agencies
- Arranging Consortium meetings, bank visit and Physical verification and periodic submission of compliance reports viz CMA, Stock statement, FFR - 1, FFR 2,
- Issuance of Letter of Credit and Foreign Remittances and RBI and FEMA compliances
- Negotiation of LC against Export and related RBI and FEMA compliances
- MIS- Monthly fund flow, daily cash flow, coordination with working cap team for approvals
- Monthly Cash Flow plan and Daily cash balances monitoring
- Ongoing issue resolving & coordination with Plants for data collation
- Lead digital initiatives for WC department
