DGM - Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits - BPO (12-20 yrs)
One of our client in BPO sector is looking for seasoned Compensation and Benefit professional in Gurgaon as per role below:
The Role:
The identified resource is expected to implement and drive the reward practices and manage compensation operations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand compensation and benefits best practices and assist in maintaining a competitive compensation and benefits strategy.
- Detailed understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances and industry practices
- Lead Market benchmarking and analysis of market data
- Assist the HR leadership in the administration of appropriate policies, practices, and processes
- Creation and driving Benefits plan and wellness initiatives across the organization
- Manage comp ops with defined SLA's and targets
- Institutionalize, own and drive governance for Talent acquisition cost
- Liaison with partners and vendors for external market benchmarking
- Effectively manage client relationships to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
- Continuous Improvement Plan: Leverage value adding opportunities from industry knowledge/ best practice.
- One on ones and monthly / quarterly reviews
- Internal and external Audit Management with processes and controls
- Responsible for setting strategic direction for all Rewards disciplines.

- Planning, coordinating, integration, and control plans across multiple projects and deployments
- Highest level of ownership - to see programs/ initiatives till closure
