Reporting to : Head Talent Acquisition
Purpose of the Job :
Responsible for complete leadership hiring (Technical & Non Technical) PAN India across businesses.
What will you do :
Complete recruitment life cycle management Leadership Hiring :
Incumbent will be responsible for leadership hiring PAN India across businesses. (Technical & Non Technical)
Team Management : Ability to lead and manage a team of hands on recruiters.
MIS Management : Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Source
Utilization, Requisition : Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Gender diversity).
Process Improvement :
- Periodic analysis and improvement of talent acquisition process via various short term & long term improvement projects like TA Manual, talent market share etc.
You are an ideal FIT if you have :
- MBA in HR (preferably from top tier institutes) with 6-10 Years experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong Stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to lead and manage a team of talented recruiters
- Strong business and market understanding
