Mandatory: Datacenter & MEP Procurement or Passive Infra
Excellent Comm Skills/Smart :
- Responsible for sourcing of Capex & Opex for company's Center and MSCs locations across the country (Total more than 130+ locations.
- Procurement of passive infra items like Battery, SMPS, UPS, PAC, IBMS, Civil & Electrical works - turnkey projects, Remote alarm system, Stabilizer, Transformer, LT/HT Panel, DG Sets, Chillers, Sub-stations, all MEP purchases etc.
- Procurement of services like AMCs of passive Infra equipment - (Elevator, DG, Chiller, PAC, PAHU, UPS, FAS, BMS System, Fire Alarm system, Access Control System, Baggage Scanner, DC Power Plant, Fire Hydrant etc), manpower related contract, Marketing, Audit.
Lead a team of minimum 2 to 3 sourcing/operation leads and 8 to 10 off role resources who jointly manage complete procurement and SCM operations for company's Business.
Educational Qualifications : - BE and MBA
Work Experience:
- Min 5-6 years (from top Tier Colleges, else 10 years min )
- Experience in Data Center, MEP & Passive infra Infrastructure Purchases & operations
- Data Center/Telecom industry
