JOB Description:
MBA Grad / Post Graduate with 8 -15 years of total experience necessarily in Manufacturing with 5+years of managerial experience in Service delivery and a good understanding of IT/ITES - Business Solutions. It is necessary that the candidate has a good understanding of Manufacturing Processes and digital business solution components
- Proficient in creating feasibility studies, opportunity Identification and gap analysis
- Strong understanding of services within Manufacturing space, and specific vertical solutions
- Knowledge of Manufacturing technology landscape
- Creation of new capability charter for the focus horizontal service line (across existing and new service lines)
- Stakeholder Management
Goals for Manufacturing practice Unit:
- Establish organization and processes to support the company vision; accelerate Change the Business initiatives
- Maintain strategic alignment with vertical businesses
- Improve awareness of initiatives and assets across the company
- Operate with a consistent methodology; Expand the portfolio of company inhouse products
- Focus on both incremental and step change advancements to our delivery models
- Reuse existing (and new) assets where possible across business lines
- Be result oriented
