We are looking for a Head Acquisition - DGM for our client with pan India presence based at Mumbai

Job Details :

Location : Mumbai

Function Name :Site Acquisition

Work Timings : 9AM-6PM , 5 days

Experience : Min 10 Yrs. in Project Management, Real Estate

Education : Full time Graduation is mandatory , MBA prefer

Knowledge Required : Real Estate, Project Management, Exposure to Statues and Local Bye Laws , changing laws in real estate. Government policies pertaining to land acquisition

Job Purpose

To Plan, Drive and Control delivery of Site Proposals against Site Requests in prescribed TAT aligned with established processes aimed at achieving "Speed to Market" with "Quality" in the Region.

KRA

1. Delivery: Speed to market with minimum Site requests rejections, EBITA Impact

2. Quality: Statutory Compliance & handover of acquired sites

3. Estate management

4. Corporate & Region Specific Projects/Drives

5. Leading & Supporting Institutional business acquisition in regions

6. New connections, Load upgradation & Re-connections of Discom
