Job Purpose Statement:

1. PMOs will assess performance and help them improve their processes and systems by conducting research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.

2. Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job):

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

- Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and technology advancements to automate and modernize systems

- Performing requirements analysis

- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff

- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

- Performing user acceptance testing

- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

- Managing competing resources and priorities.

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

3. Organisational Relationship (Provide an organisational chart which illustrates the organisational structure above and below this position).

- Strategy and PMO Head

Internal - All departments as per the scope of project

External - vendor partners

7. Job Requirements (Describe the educational requirements, suggested year and type of experience, nature and extent of skills/abilities required for the desired position).

- An engineering degree or MBA with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis in NBFC/ bank.

- Professional certification-including PMP/PRINCE II

- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- The ability to influence stakeholders

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

- MS Office skills

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Advanced domain knowledge in lending

- Project management
