DGM/Senior Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - Infra/Auto

Strong Experience in legal Domain.Prior experience in well-known Legal firms.

Job Purpose:

- M&A & related matters/transactions,documentation.Legal advisory & regulatory support.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Working:

- Ensure efficient and effective participation in team working in the legal department.

M&A and Transportation:

- Legal and strategic inputs in DD, data analysis and competition perspective in M&A deals.

- Identification and mitigation of risks including legal implications of the transaction.

Documentation and Compliance:

- Draft and vet agreements to make it compliant with the applicable laws.

- Strategic and legal advice on documentation to protect organisation's interest.

- Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.

Litigation Management:

- Effective handling of litigation and liaise with external lawyers.

- Strategizing the case management.

Key Accountabilities:

- Legal advisory and contracts management-30%

- Litigation management-30%

- Regulatory suport(Negotiations, contracts and compliance and facilities available -land resources for development such as licences, roads)-20%

- Risk management - 20%

Education Qualification: LLB/LLM

Relevant Exeperience:

- Around 12-15 Years of relevant experience of which at least 5-7 years in a law firm of repute.
