Position : DGM/Sr Manager - Digital Strategy
Reports To : VP - Strategy
Place of Posting : Mumbai
Role Details :
- Provide insightful guidance to shape the organisations actions in the area of digital, both from a Strategy and Operations perspective
- Support with domain expertise in the space - helping Senior management with market understanding, customer insights, competitive information and key trends to enable digital transformation strategy development
- Bring clarity to the subject with relevant insights and analytics
- Lead the development of proposals /business cases
- Lead implementation of pilots and strategic initiatives in partnership with the business teams
- Financial modelling for various scenarios
- Collaborating & networking across businesses, functions and across levels to deliver outcomes within timelines
Responsibilities & Key Deliverable :
Support / manage e-commerce pilots :
- Develop/articulate alternative Digital / E-commerce approaches available for both Sector and Divisions, for each use case
- Embedded in business to deliver strategies to meaningful outcomes
- Customer/Competition/Market Insights & Solutions
- Alerting Senior Mgmt. to threat and help them understand ways in which they can pan out
- Developing business cases & financial scenarios for Businesses in various phases of growth
- Participating and supporting delivery on critical organization level projects
- Data collation & presentation preparation for key Strategy review
Experience : 8- 10 yrs specific industry experience in Digital Businesses
- Employees with B2C experience
- Preferably in Corporate setup
