- The role is accountable for the development and implementation of Leadership Capability Building strategy and programs.
- The role is accountable to design and implement OD initiatives.
- The role is accountable to develop and drive D&I roadmap in the organization
- The role is accountable to drive culture & employer branding
- Develop Capability Building Strategy and implement organization wide strategic initiatives and report the effectiveness of the programs.
- Drive synergy between Financial Services Sector companies and group companies
- Create and monitor the CB/OD/D&I budget for the year
- Implement Digital Learning Platforms & tools and drive usage and effectiveness
- Identify, Design and Implement OD and change management programs
- Design and implement appropriate interventions to drive organizational culture and assess the impact on business
- Develop formats and tools for driving and engaging both internal employees and external stakeholders on EVP
- Driving performance through team
- Working with Senior Management/M&M Group HR teams and managing expectations
- Internal collaboration and relationships with multiple teams
- Understanding of the latest technology and IT integrations
