DGM - Sales - Real Estate/Construction

Job Detail :

- Business Development, Sales, Administration, Operation, Associate Development, Appointment of Sales Staff and Devising appropriate strategy for various directives

- Looking after Sales of housing and commercial projects , spearheading the sales division, directly reporting to Vice President – Sales.

- Sales planning and devising sales strategy for the company apart from managing day to day sales operations.

- Developing and handling a sales team and motivating team members to perform better.

- Tie ups with leading property consultants and maintaining relations with them.

- Negotiating Deals for company’s high-end Residential & Commercial Projects and converting them into sales/tenants.

- Looking after the new projects

Education Qualification : MBA

7- 12 years of experience in sales with real estate / Construction industry.

Experience of either Hyderabad or Jaipur region is must.
