Responsibilities:-
- Analyze Growth Trends at Product and SKU level and Devise Strategy to Induce Growth Plans with Demand Planning.
- Sales Growth-generating revenue, meeting Sales plans/business objectives & achieving profitable growth while maintaining operations within budget.
- Sales & Business Development: Business growth with acquiring new accounts & deeper penetration into existing accounts.
- Identifying new products/clients for the vertical in line with growth plans.
- Planning for store-wise/category-wise growth and enhance overall category Sales in store, by co-coordinating with the chain category people.
- Work towards building the category & conversions.
- Distributor, Wholesalers & Retailers Handling & Channel Sales.
- Key Account Management and Conversions of Monopoly Accounts.
- Work with Distributors that have a clearly defined Numeric Distribution Strategy & Infrastructure in Place.
- To Prepare Annual Business Plan in line with Organisation Growth Objectives with the Help of Team.
- Quarterly Organizing Channel Partners Meets, Training Sessions of Field Forces along with Hands on Training Requirements.
- Implement & Evaluate the BTL Activities in all Channels
- Advertising &Sales Promotion: Planning BTL activities and providing feedback for ATL activities
- Vendor Development: Developing partnerships with suppliers; managing supplier performance of vendors to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms.
- Taking adequate measures to monitor and analyze the performance of vendors and other units pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms
Excellent oral & written Business Communication skills in English (reading, writing, verbal and listening).
Ability to establish credibility with business partners.
Strong interpersonal skill
