DGM - Retail Transformation & Innovation - Retail (12-14 yrs)
This position is required to create & manage retail infrastructure & technology at Premium Retail Stores for Mobile & Consumer Electronics Division in Client's retail stores pan India.
The person will have the opportunity to modernize retail assets (viz. POS, IT, Retail Intelligence, Kiosks, Display etc.) to enable premium omni-channel experience for the customers while working closely online & offline operations, strategy & marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Modernizing retail infrastructure at client's brand stores across India by implementing new retail technology projects.
- Identifying new opportunities & retail asset solutions viz. POS, IT, Retail Intelligence, Kiosks, Display etc. to enable premium & omni-channel experience & sales growth.
- Creating project plan and aligning stakeholders across sales, operations, marketing & finance.
- Procuring approvals & budgets for the projects.
- Solution sourcing by drafting requirement, briefing procurement teams, evaluating vendors by working closely with procurement teams.
- Implementation of projects end-to-end within the expected timelines.
- Enabling support & troubleshooting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Continuous Innovation Retail elements/ Experience improvement / sales story -To set new benchmarks, use shopper research to identify key areas for innovative disruptions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- A self motivated individual who is unshaken by internal and external dynamics of the business and the organization
- Should have 12-14 Years experience in Sales, Marketing/ Retail space.
- Should have understanding of Retail technology, retail intelligence, POS and omni-channel solutions.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder alignment and management.
- Creative, Ideation, Innovative mindset.
